Claims
- 1. An immunoglobulin molecule containing a tetrapeptide Asn-Ala-Asn-Pro epitope within the third complementarity-determining region in the N-terminus variable domain thereof, said immunoglobulin molecule having the effector function conferred by the constant region of the immunoglobulin, wherein said tetrapeptide is capable of eliciting an antibody response.
- 2. The immunoglobulin molecule according to claim 1 wherein the variable domain is composed of mouse sequences and the constant region is composed of human sequences.
- 3. The immunoglobulin molecule according to claim 1 wherein said tetrapeptide is present in treble form.
