Claims
- 1. A cleaning apparatus comprising:a processing tank for accommodating an object to be processed; a rinse liquid supply pipeline connected to said processing tank to supply a rinse liquid into said processing tank; a chemical supply pipeline connected to said rinse liquid supply pipeline through a switching valve, to supply a chemical into said rinse liquid supply pipeline so that a mixture of said rinse liquid and said chemical is supplied into said processing tank to process the object within the processing tank; a temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of said rinse liquid or said mixture of the rinse liquid and the chemical, to output a temperature signal; and control means for determining a length of a supply time in which said chemical is supplied into said rinse liquid; said control means being so configured that it compares said temperature signal with a reference temperature stored in the control means, rectifies said supply time to be longer than a previously stored reference supply time set for a reference temperature if the detected temperature is lower than said reference temperature, and rectifies said supply time to be shorter than said reference supply time if the detected temperature is higher than said reference temperature.
- 2. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said control means is so configured that it compares said temperature signal with said reference temperature before a concentration of the chemical in said mixture becomes stable.
- 3. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said control means is so configured that it compares said temperature signal with said reference temperature after a concentration of the chemical in said mixture becomes stable.
- 4. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said supply time is rectified within a range in which the concentration of the chemical in said mixture is stable.
- 5. A cleaning apparatus comprising:a processing tank for accommodating an object to be processed; a rinse liquid supply pipeline connected to said processing tank to supply a rinse liquid into said processing tank; a chemical supply pipeline connected to said rinse liquid supply pipeline through a switching valve, to supply a chemical into said rinse liquid supply pipeline so that a mixture of said rinse liquid and said chemical is supplied into said processing tank to process the object within the processing tank; a temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of said rinse liquid or said mixture of the rinse liquid and the chemical, to output a temperature signal; and control means for determining a length of a processing time in which the object is processed within the processing tank; said control means being so configured that it compares said temperature signal with a reference temperature stored in the control means, rectifies said processing time to be longer than a previously stored reference processing time set for a reference temperature if the detected temperature is lower than said reference temperature, and rectifies said processing time to be shorter than said reference processing time if the detected temperature is higher than said reference temperature.
- 6. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said control means is so configured that it compares said temperature signal with said reference temperature before a concentration of the chemical in said mixture becomes stable.
- 7. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said control means is so configured that it compares said temperature signal with said reference temperature after a concentration of the chemical in said mixture becomes stable.
- 8. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said processing time is rectified within a range in which the concentration of the chemical in said mixture is stable.
- 9. A cleaning apparatus comprising:a processing tank for accommodating an object to be processed; a rinse liquid supply pipeline connected to said processing tank to supply a rinse liquid into said processing tank; a chemical supply pipeline connected to said rinse liquid supply pipeline through a switching valve, to supply a chemical into said rinse liquid supply pipeline so that a mixture of said rinse liquid and said chemical is supplied into said processing tank to process the object within the processing tank; a temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of said rinse liquid or said mixture of the rinse liquid and the chemical, to output a temperature signal; and control means for determining a length of a supply time in which said chemical is supplied into the rinse liquid supply pipeline; said control means being so configured that it rectifies the supply time both in a range of a chemical supply timeband before a concentration of the chemical in said mixture and in a range of a stabilized concentration timeband after said concentration becomes stable.
- 10. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 9, wherein said control means is so configured that, in said range of the chemical supply timeband, the control means compares said temperature signal with a reference temperature stored in the control means, rectifies said supply time to be longer than a previously stored reference supply time set for a reference temperature if the detected temperature is lower than said reference temperature, and rectifies said supply time to be shorter than said reference supply time if the detected temperature is higher than said reference temperature, said supply time being rectified within said range of a stabilized concentration timeband in which the concentration of the chemical in said mixture is stable.
- 11. A cleaning apparatus comprising:a processing tank for accommodating an object to be processed; a rinse liquid supply pipeline connected to said processing tank to supply a rinse liquid into said processing tank; a chemical supply pipeline connected to said rinse liquid supply pipeline through a switching valve, to supply a chemical into said rinse liquid supply pipeline so that a mixture of said rinse liquid and said chemical is supplied into said processing tank to process the object within the processing tank; a temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of said rinse liquid or said mixture of the rinse liquid and the chemical, to output a temperature signal; and control means for determining a length of a processing time in which the object is processed by the mixture of the rinse liquid and the chemical; said control means being so configured that it rectifies the processing time both in a range of a chemical supply timeband before a concentration of the chemical in said mixture is stabilized and in a range of a stabilized concentration timeband after the concentration becomes stable.
