Claims
- 1. A population of CD4+ T cells obtained by a process comprising the steps:(a) isolating CD4+ T cells from an individual afflicted with hyper IgM syndrome; and (b) introducing into the cells a vector comprising a nucleic acid that encodes a polypeptide comprising SEQ ID NO:8.
