Claims
- 1. An electronic component mounting method comprising:
recognizing a reference mark (30X) on a printed circuit board (1) and a reference mark (30) on a first electronic component (5B) to find a shift between positions of the first electronic component and the board, positions of electrical connecting portions (P) of the printed circuit board being defined based on the reference mark (30X) on the printed circuit board, positions of electrical connecting portions (6A) of the first electronic component being defined based on the reference mark (30) on the first electronic component; correcting the shift between the positions of the first electronic component and the board; mounting the first electronic component onto the board; recognizing a reference mark (30) on a second electronic component (5C) and another reference mark (30A) on the first electronic component (5B) to find a shift between positions of the first electronic component and the second electronic component, positions of electrical connecting portions (6C) of the second electronic component being defined based on the reference mark (30) on the second electronic component, positions of electrical connecting portions (6B) of the first electronic component being defined based on the reference mark (30A) on the first electronic component; correcting the shift between the positions of the first electronic component and the second electronic component; and mounting the first electronic component onto the second electronic component.
- 2. An electronic component mounting method defined in claim 1, wherein when the reference marks are recognized, the reference mark on the board is recognized by a camera (100) which can change its focal length with its focal length being longer and the reference mark on the first electronic component is recognized by the camera with its focal length being shorter.
- 3. An electronic component mounting method defined in claim 2, wherein after the reference mark on the board is recognized by the camera, the focal length of the camera is changed so as to make its focal length shorter without changing a height of the camera to the board, and then the reference mark on the first electronic component is recognized by the camera with its focal length being shorter.
