Claims
- 1. An isolated polynucleotide comprising a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:6.
- 2. The polynucleotide of claim 1 comprising the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:5.
- 3. An expression vector comprising the polynucleotide of claim 1.
- 4. An isolated host cell comprising the expression vector of claim 3.
- 5. A process for expressing a polypeptide comprising: expressing from the host cell of claim 4 a polypeptide encoded by said polynucleotide.
- 6. A process for producing a cell which expresses a polypeptide comprising transforming or transfecting the cell with the expression vector of claim 3 such that the cell expresses the polypeptide encoded by the polynucleotide contained in the vector.
- 7. Cells produced by the process of claim 6.
- 8. An isolated polynucleotide comprising a polynucleotide encoding the same mature polypeptide expressed by the human cDNA contained in ATCC Deposit No. 98015.
- 9. An isolated polynucleotide comprising the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1.
- 10. An isolated polynucleotide which encodes a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:2.
- 11. The isolated polynucleotide of claims 1, 8, or 10 which is DNA or RNA.
- 12. An isolated polynucleotide which is complementary to the polynucleotide of claims 1, 2, 8, 9, or 10.
