Claims
- 1. A method of preferentially modulating the expression of a nucleic acid in the hepatic system of a mammal comprising administering to said mammal a compound to modulate the expression of said nucleic acid, said compound comprising a first portion and second portion, wherein said first portion is an antisense compound that hybridizes to, and modulates the expression of, said nucleic acid, and said second portion is a lipophilic moiety wherein said antisense compound preferentially targets the hepatic system of said animal.
