Claims
- 1. A tape carrier comprising:a substrate; bonding portions arranged so as to form a plurality of matrixes on the substrate; and identification marks that regularly delimit the matrixes of bonding portions.
- 2. The tape carrier as defined in claim 1, wherein:said substrate has a join of its portions; and a join mark is formed in a delimited portion including said join.
- 3. The tape carrier as defined in claim 2, wherein said join mark is formed by punching out any of said identification marks.
- 4. The tape carrier as defined in claim 3, having at least two types of identification marks of different forms, said identification marks being detected by different examination means.
- 5. The tape carrier as defined in claim 2, having at least two types of identification marks of different forms, said identification marks being detected by different examination means.
- 6. The tape carrier as defined in claim 1, having at least two types of said identification marks of different forms which are detected by different examination means.
